Spicy White Chicken Chili

Sauté.
2 med onions, diced
Until fragrant, ~30 sec.
4 cloves garlic
2 t ground cumin
1 t dried oregano
1/4 t cayenne
1/4 t ground cloves
Cook 2-3 min.
2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chilis
Simmer 15 min.
1 lbs chicken breast, bite-size pieces
3 (15 oz) cans great northern beans
4 c chicken stock
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add cheese.
8 oz Monterrey jack, shredded
