- Drain cherries in fine mesh strainer over small saucepan.
- Return cherries to bowl.
- Bring juice to simmer over med-high.
- Stir in kirsch mixture and bring to boil.
- Boil, stirring occasionally, until thickened and syrupy, 1-2 min.

- Remove saucepan from heat and stir in.
- Let cool completely before serving.
