| This is based on a basic brown Chinese sauce I found on some random internet site along with a few other sauces. | ||||

| Sauce | ||||
| Mix in bowl. | ||||
| 1 1/2 | c | water | ||
| 2 | T | cornstarch | ||
| 4 | T | soy sauce | ||
| 2 | T | molasses | ||
| Beef | ||||
| Brown in batches, remove to small bowl. | ||||
| 2 | lbs | flank steak, sliced bite size | ||
| Aromatics | ||||
| Soften. | ||||
| 1 | med onion, sliced | |||
| 1 | thumb ginger, minced | |||

| 1/2 | head garlic, minced | |||
| 1 | T | black pepper | ||
| Greens | ||||
| Wilt leaves and soften stems. | ||||
| 1 | head bok choy, chopped | |||
| Finish | ||||
